Warrior Transition Unit 

‘Revive’ the warrior transition unit is going to do exactly what it says, revive these warriors. The way I laid out the unit was specifically designed so they can feel at home back in the sleeping quarter area and also having these certain areas to where they can socialize. With its calming colors and carefully thought out floor plane Revive is the perfect place for any warrior to come and revive themselves mentally and physically.

In this project we were to space plan a building  for soldiers coming back from war that needed a place to stay before returning to society. We were given only the shell of the building and a program of what they space needs. As the designer I space planned the entire building and furnished it. I paid close attention to detail so the space would be as comfortable as possible for the soldiers.

Urban Development

IN THIS PROJECT I WAS TO CHOOSE A NEIGHBORHOOD IN THE LOUISVILLE METRO AREA AND REDESIGN AND LAY OUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD TO MAKE IT SAFER AND FUNCTION BETTER. THE BOARD ABOVE IS WHAT MY “PERFECT CITY”, WOULD CONSIST OF.

WE WERE TO GO AROUND AND DO INTERVIEWS FROM PEOPLE THAT WORKED AND LIVE IN THE CITY. WITH THAT RESEARCH WERE TO RE WORK THE NEIGHBORHOOD TO MAKE IT FUNCTION AS MORE OF A COMMUNITY AND FUNCTION PROPERLY.

Patio Home Kitchen Project

Mr. and Mrs. Fletcher want to update their kitchen. They live in a high rise building on Lake Michigan. The Fletcher's desire a sleek contemporary kitchen. They would like to update their space with modern technology and appliances to provide an impressive space for hosting guests.

As the designer, I took everything the Fletcher's requested into consideration to create a sleek, contemporary kitchen that will surely impress guests. I created a G-Shaped kitchen that will give the Fletcher's an abundance of space for entertaining. I decided to re-purpose one of the walls by adding in some of the features the Fletcher's were wanting. I incorporated beautiful and unique glass counter tops to add an eye catching, artistic, and modern feature that will be sure to “wow” guests. The monochromatic color scheme that I chose gives the kitchen that  contemporary look and feel that the Fletcher's were looking for which will make this the perfect space for any occasion.

 Bath Project

The Fletcher 's asked for a calm, relaxing bathroom, so as the designer I wanted to make this space feel as peaceful and tranquil as possible.

Inspired by the beauty of nature, this design will meet all of the Fletcher’s needs and more. Nature will meet contemporary modern in this design. The beauty from nature will complement the modern features portrayed. I created an entirely new floor plan to utilize all the space to the best of its ability as well as giving it an open floor plan. Natural stacked stone and a unique custom water feature gives the space a beautiful look as well as a relaxing feel. The contemporary cabinetry, appliances, and finishes really sets of the space giving it its very own unique look and feel. This soothing almost spa like feel will make this space perfect for the Fletcher's to freshen up before and after a long hectic work day.

Flip Home Renderings

I got in touch with a contractor that needed some renderings and ideas for a flip home. I went in the home that was completely gutted and took measurements of the entire home and came back into 2020 Design program and drew up some options for him, that were later used.
